MORLACCO FIORDIMASO

Description

This cheese is made with cow's milk and left to age under hay. The external wrinkled crust contains a soft, tender heart.

Ingredients

Raw cow's milk, selected lactic ferments (Az. Alce, Fermostart with autochthonous natural graft with direct harm), salt and rennet. Without added preservatives (washed rind cheese).
