In a worldwide context of increasing attention to the issues of food safety, nutrition and physical activity, the research strategy and production investments are oriented towards the creation of products of the highest quality, studied in terms of nutritional intake and portioning, so that they can be integrated into a balanced diet, with particular care for children and the family.
From this strategy were born the Dolcesole BIO lactose-free with vegetable rennet, the Panierino BIO, the Schietto lactose-free, the Bianca Light, the Organic Ricotta and the Light Ricotta.
